Availability and Rates
Below you will find the dates still available and also the weekly rates for that time of year. We can be flexible on check-in and check-out days and work out a price pro-rata. There is an end of stay cleaning fee of Euro 180 and then Euro 20 per person for the linen and towels. Finally there is a charge of Euro 300 for heating the pool for a week.
Availability
Villa Rates
Villa rental varies depending on the time of year and number of nights. Low / Mid season rates are Euro 500 a night. High Season is Euro 700 a night. Please also allow for the end of stay clean (Euro 180) and a linen / towel charge of Euro 20 per person.
Booking Process
To make a booking, please drop us an e-mail to paul@luxury-outdoor-living.co.uk with the dates it is that you are interested in. We will then confirm availability and then pass you over to our local agent to deal with the deposits and contract. Our local agent will meet you at the property at the start of your rental to do a property hand over, to ensure everything goes smoothly. They will also be on hand during your stay, should you have any questions or issues.
